I would like to provide the following feedback regarding my stay last week:
There was noticeable reluctance by some waiters to accept payment of bills in USD, which required me to exchange my cash into Kenyan Shillings (KSH). Consequently, I was left with a KSH balance that I am unable to conveniently use upon returning to my home country.
There was no price list provided for beverages stocked in the guest minibar. This made it difficult to make informed purchasing decisions and accurately track expenditure during my stay.
The vehicle entrance is positioned too close to the main road. During security screening, vehicles queue onto the road, creating a potential traffic hazard and increasing the risk of rear-end collisions from passing vehicles.
The vehicle entrance is also relatively narrow, posing a risk of accidental damage to vehicle bodywork, side mirrors, and headlights when entering or exiting the premises.
