Very much exceeded my expectations. Was expecting a budget hotel, but it was very nice, very comfortable and well positioned relative to the town centre and public transport
None, other than London prices

The room and bed were super large and comfortable and the room is soundproofed. The location is great and just a few minutes walking distance from West Ealing/Ealing Broadway stations, where you can take the Elizabeth line and easily reach the city or the airport (Heathrow).
There were no plug adapters or USB-C ports to charge electronic devices, it’d make a big difference!

Location was good for us. Liked the inspirational quotes everywhere
Where was the fridge? It's the 21st century, a 'renowned' brand. Need meds kept in fridge.
On check in, was early, told couldn't book in, so ordered drink whilst waiting. Woman took over, literally less than 2 minutes later. Another guest arrived, early, and was booked in. The woman then looked at us, and asked if all OK, I said were waiting to check in, and she just checked us in. Literally 5 mins after the guy said he couldn't.
No one told us about the breakfast option on checking in. So but surprised when checking out to realise they did cooked breakfast.
The room was dark, light only at entrance and bedside lights. Why????
