The room was spacious and the breakfast staff were nice. It was affordable
The room was nice although it was cold and the heating didnt come on until later in the evening. The bed was 2 singles pushed together which for a couple meant the middle was uncomfortable and the duvet needed to be bigger. The tv was very small. Also Someone used another key to open our bedroom door but quickly closed it when they realised it was occupied which was a little worrying especially if we either hadn't been there or had been undressed. Breakfast was nice however the hot option was extremely limited to just egg bacon and tomato which we found a little strange. It was nice having parking but it was very cramped and we were blocked in the next morning It was also noisy we could hear everything from the room next to us. It's fine for a 1 night place to stay considering the price

Location was great. Close to the centre. Apartments were exactly as on the picture, nice and clean. Self checkout. Breakfast was served plated (only issue bacon was not cooked properly, fat was still raw....needs a bit longer on grill before serving but I guess it happenned as it was quite busy and the lady seemed to be in a rush).
The only problem is the parking, as we arrived quite late it was full (space for around 6 cars) . It would be great just to add some information where to park if no space for guest like us arriving in the evening . As we are not familiar with Cambridge we had to go around to find somewhere else to park and walk back to the apartment. Not knowing if there are any restrictions and where to go was a bit of a stress. Just a short note in email would be helpful. It's clear its first come first serve basis but I think most of the guests arrive by car and this was only thing missing in my opinion.

Location was good.
Unfortunately, there were several issues that significantly detracted from our stay. Parking was inadequate, the shower leaked, and the bathroom radiator was loose.
The check-in experience was also poor, as neither the room number nor access code was provided ahead of our arrival, causing unnecessary difficulty when we arrived.
There was also a noticeable smell of greasy cooking in the morning, and we could hear arguing both earlier in the morning and again during breakfast, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
Overall, the experience fell well below the standard we expected. Given the number of issues encountered, I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and outlining what you can offer by way of an appropriate resolution.
