First time in Marrakech and the Riad was the great. Easy to walk to all the places and attractions we wanted to visit and very supportive and helpful staff. We arrived very late in the evening and were welcome with a lovely tea and Moroccan bakery on the top terrace. The walk to the Riad was a bit of an experience since the taxi dropped us off at the walls of the Medina and there were a lot of narrow alleyways to walk – all looked much easier in the morning 😊. Room and everything else was as shown in the photos. The staff was very helpful booking taxis, organising massage and nothing was a problem. We had to pay cash which we didn’t expect since we thought everythings was sorted by Booking.com but even that was solved in a relaxed and professional manner. We had dinner at the Riad once and the food was very delicious. We happily recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming, safe, and memorable stay in Marrakech.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. It met and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Jamal who sat with us to go through an ideal plan for our stay and helped us with some key Arabic phrases upon arrival. The room was beautiful, clean and cool and the food was great too with variety and good portions. The lounging areas on the rooftop were exceptional and we felt so lucky to be there. The staff helped us feel so at home and comfortable and they were able to assist us with anything we needed. They also organised two excursions for us which were incredible. We will definitely re-visit and we cannot recommend enough! This place is perfect for couples, friends and families.
The mattress was a bit firm and the soaps/shampoos were a bit harsh if you have someone who has sensitive skin, so maybe bring your own.

We really loved the staff, every single one of them were so welcoming! They made our stay in Marrakech the best experience!
The breakfast was very fulfilling, the mint tea was amazing. The rooftop terrace was our second home, we loved to read there while admiring the views around.
We had dinner here more than once, they made us feel very special while we stayed here.
Jamal made sure to give us a run through of the Medina, we felt very safe and looked after.
We also love how not directly in the centre it was, and how peaceful it was to come back to the Riad after spending a day out in the busy souks.

Staff ( Jamal) was very helpful.
Somehow we missed some comfort in the room
But it was clean.
