Location is a bit on the periphery of Medina but still reachable to key sites. Owner/manager is polite and very helpful. Breakfast is excellent (Abdou, add some eggs) and served on the terrace with view of the Madina cityscape and rooftops of immediate neighborhood. Most spacious enclosed shower.
I few simple tweaks could make it even better. Owner could add those simple 'made in china' slippers, and shampoo/body wash packets to help travellers.

Tastefully decorated Riad with 4-6 letting rooms in the Medina just off of a busy area with cafes, eateries, markets and taxi rank. 20 mins walk.to the main square, 10-15 mins to Souks. Safe area as Im a solo female traveller. Ruad owner, Abdou is a delight and very passionate about his accommodation. Good value for money. Breakfast up.on the top floor terrace from 9am. Abdou can arrange trips for you. He is a great host and cook so do take him up on his 3 course dinner offer during your stay.

Fantastic location, friendly hosts, good hospitality. Cosy terrace.
My room was not available upon arrival (affecting many guests) despite booking and paying well in advance. Although this was resolved quite swiftly, I was allocated to a different room (economy) with no functioning hairdryer which had barely any storage space, and one functioning power socket. The reservation was cancelled by Booking.com, and I then had to pay the property directly for the room. Apparently it's my fault?
I felt overcharged. Upon speaking directly with the owner, I was accussed of being "impatient" who spoke limited English. I didn't think it was a very professional way to speak to your guests. Whilst I valued their hospitality and cooking, I felt quite uncomfortable by the constant shouting in Arabic in the background.
I'm quite an understanding person, but please direct your stress and frustration and fix the systemic problem.
I would've left a better review but I didn't really expect the gaslighting before my departure.
