Amazing location with nice and friendly staff
The windows were a bit thin and you could hear the people outside and especially the mosque speakers when prayer time was on

This is a wonderful place to stay with outstanding people staffing it. We were here for two weeks and absolutely loved every aspect of it.
On first arrival, the streets can seem a little twisting and bare but that is just the outside and one soon gets used to moving around the medina, which feels entirely safe at all times, with helpful and pleasant locals.
Once you go through the doors to the riad, you move back in time and experience the most exquisitely restful and peaceful dwelling which soon begins to feel like home. The service is second to none and every single person goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The reception staff, the cooks, the waiters, the gardeners: all are hugely impressive. Abdul who runs the hotel helped us so much with the essential e-sim for Google maps and other contact as well as general advice on trips and shopping and where to eat. Azziz, Mouad, Mohammad and Amin were also full of gracious hospitality and kindness. Nadia, who often served the outstanding hotel dinners and breakfasts was full of kindness, with a gentle and noble spirit. We did so much round the city and in day trips. This was a wonderful holiday and an outstanding place to stay.
Nothing. A joy from start to finish.

Beautiful old Palais, comfortable bed, quiet, large terraces.Beautiful bird song in the morning.
The customer service was terrible from the two people doing front of house ,everything seemed to be for their convenience and not mine, they were very unwelcoming .They wanted me to pay cash for a room that wasn’t being vacated for another night at 10pm when I arrived back tired although I’d been in The riad all day .Usually you pay your bill at the end of a stay. They behaved as if I might run off without paying. There was a girl who apologised on their behalf because I said something to one of the men .
The Shower head in bathroom needed attention and flooded floor. The food was ok but items were forgotten.Didn’t seem a very happy place.
