Bespoke breakfast like Hindhead Hotel. Open to additions requested. Large rooms. Temperature good and bed really comfortable. I like the owners. Quite liked the idea of breakfasting opposite other guests and having conversations.
Maybe more inspiring showers, but it's nitpicking. Could have done with a brighter central room light at times.
Nothing much more to add as it was all so positive.

The property is a marvellous grand place, with lovely grounds which we could wander around in, and with deer to be seen occasionally. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and helpful with local knowledge. There was a good choice of breakfast items, covering all the options you might expect, and to a good standard. The bedroom and bathroom were equipped with all that we needed, and we had a very quiet and pleasant stay. I would certainly stay here again if I were in the area.
I can't think of anything which could have been done better.

Breakfast chooses were ideal. Bedroom comfortable (minor point - useful to have some sort of doorstop to prevent bathroom door banging against bedroom door) Fresh eggs from owners free range chickens

Staff exceptionally friendly. Beautiful architecture and grounds. Explicit instructions on destination.
The long curly hair in my breakfast. Bedroom chairs desperately need new seat cushions. Shower totally inadequate.
