B/fast was nice but it was a bit early for the wife,
Location for us was good.
B/fast to be served from 0700 to 0900hrs

Breakfast was great, lots of variety and Jackie, who was serving, was wonderful, even accomodating my early Sunday morning request.
The room was fine, very comfortable bed. Parking was available, if not directly outside the guest house there were roads very near with no restrictions.
The Old Mill, a few yards away, served evening meals and the walk past the water meadows into the town was a delight, especially in the early morning seeing swans, cygnets and plenty of sheep.
The shower wasn't the most powerful, but this didn't spoil my stay.

It was well appointed and the staff were great. The breakfast offered was beautifully presented and great quality.

Location excellent, a short 20 minute walk into the centre. A quiet, rural setting.
We were lucky to find a parking space the second time we tried. It is free parking because it is street parking, not on site. We did not get a good night's sleep as the bed was very uncomfortable, a wooden slat seemed to have come loose.
