Location, ambience, cleanliness. Staff was great too!
I wish the restaurant/bar had been open, but there’s a lot within a few blocks.

A small well-maintained property with an excellent location. The whole place was spotless. The hotel is close to everything in Old San Juan. Rooms and beds are comfortable. With balcony rooms you will get some street noise but it was pretty quiet on a weeknight. For those driving in, you'll have to stop traffic on the small one way street in front of the hotel to unload your baggage. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend.

The cleaning, the coffee machine, the open atrium, the location, and the bed.
The showers could not be temperature adjusted. .

It’s a beautiful place.
The hotel. They sent a Check out reminder message alert too early in the morning, 8:00am!!! This was not acceptable because, my husband and I was sleeping and they disturb us.
