Walking distance to the bus stop and tube station.
I read reviews that the bathroom was small, on arrival I didn’t think it was too bad but by day 5, it felt claustrophobic. Toilet is on a slant and toilet seat is broken. Shower door doesn’t close properly. Mouldy spakfilla in shower. Fan in bathroom stays on for 13 minutes after the light switch is turned off. Kitchen facilities were satisfactory. No tea towels to dry dishes. Bed was comfortable enough. Entrance to building smelt mouldy and faintly of cigarette smoke.

The location is one block from the train station. It has a washer and dryer, which is useful.
Regarding maintenance and cleanliness: the entrance looked like an abandoned house, with trash piled up outside. The room's carpets were dirty; small bugs or weevils were crawling on them. The bathroom sink was badly clogged and wouldn't drain. The towels were very old—luckily, I brought my own.

Good space, easy to get to, close to transport and shops, nice environment. Also lots of fans which was awesome given the heat while I was there
The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced, it was really uncomfortable, and being there for several nights meant that I didn't sleep very well. The rain shower head could also use a clean as many nozzles were blocked.

During my stay, (12 nights) never clean up room. Host said, if you ask cleaning up, you need to pay 50 £ in cash every time!
