Mostly everything was great and if I asked for something I would get it sorted they were really nice with me and I would stay there again.
Somethings weren't working but it was sorted straight away.

Location was excellent. Owners were both lovely, let me keep bags behind the bar on our last day after check out so that we didn’t need to cart them about, even offered us some juices for the train. Room was cosy and warm.
The room is very dated, could be doing with a good scrub/carpet cleaned but for the money I really can’t moan, it’s cheep and cheerful. Other guests were very noise letting the fire doors slam but not exactly the property’s fault - did manage to get a decent enough sleep.

Great location by the pleasure beach and wetherspoons which is why we chose the b&b. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Bedding and towels very clean. Lots of tea and coffee available and kettle and cups in room
Rooms are a bit tired and need updating. Wallpaper peeling and stains on walls. One thin pillow each made sleep a bit difficult.

Location is excellent next to wetherspoons/fair. Let us leave bags early and check in later on. Coffees/Milk on way in so was brilliant so never short. Friendly hosts. Price was best around and wont be beaten for location.
Room had flies in from as soon as we checked in, no sooner had we cleared them out more flew in (big pile of rubbish from place next door so can only assume it was from that ?). Window had to be kept shut. Very small towels and just the two of them so these had to be used for everyting. (assume more could have been asked for tho ?). Small light in bathroom didnt work, fan for the bathroom didnt work. Bed was 'ok' but felt like mattress had sagged. Room was dated though and really showed its age, things half painted etc.
