The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and great access to shopping areas.
We stayed for eight nights and unexpectedly had to replace our room key card seven times. The staff was unfriendly, and during room service, they didn't vacuum the floor or replace the bin liners. Trash left outside our door sat there for a whole day before anyone collected it. On top of that, the shower pressure was very weak, and the bathtub drained extremely slowly.

Location was great. The staff was cooperative. The hotel, though in the middle of a meat and fish market, was good. Rooms were big and adequately equipped with required elements. It was close to many restaurants and shops. and Overall a good experience.
We arrived early, so the person at the counter said the room will take a few hours to get ready and asked us to wait. After a little while, the duty hours changed and fresh set of staff took over. I went and asked the new person in the counter about our room. He said: You are waiting for your room? On saying yes, he immediately gave us our room. In do not understand why the previous person had asked us to wait for a "Few Hours".

For HK, the size of the room is definitely on the larger portion, cause the building is a bit dated. It is clean, Location is great and pretty good. The hotel is in front or near a wet street market, so you may have some fishy smelling streets to pass if you are walking around. All in all it is of great value for money.
The lobby smells like mould. The decorations in the room is a bit outdated and may need a little refresh.
