The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet at night. Check-in and out was clear and concise. We were able to store our bags until check-in and when we came back they were already in our room. The bed was comfortable, there was plenty of room (including in the bathroom), the mini fridge was helpful as was access to a small community kitchen and seating. The location was close to the train station and in a really great area. Staff was wonderful.
We didn't have toiletries, but that wasn't an issue since I bring them regardless. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

The location is walking distance to the train station and to different places that we needed to visit the room is spacious with high ceiling, and the design of the room is modern classic
A little noisy in the morning since our room is facing the road , the room is not sound proof as we hear the doors banging when someone is entering or leaving gt he apartment

The location to the centre, train station and tram. The bathroom was lovely, had great kitchen facilities
The walls were paper thin so you could hear everything. It was so bad that on night 3 we had to knock on our neighbours door to tell them to stop shouting so loud. It was also frustrating that they decided to dry their hair every night at 11pm/midnight, which woke us up due to the walls being so thin. I know this isn’t the hotels fault that they were so loud/noisy, but just making you aware of the thin walls if you enjoy your sleep. The bed was also very hard for us both which meant we were so tired with the combination of the issues
