We loved our stay! The apartment was clean, cozy, and convenient to all that Florence has to offer.
Everything was great!

Everything was great, especially staff communication via email and the cleaning staff and house manager/caretaker. Location is wonderful and the room was quiet.
The main bed was great however the sofa bed is in need of a new mattress. Also, there needs to be a couple of kooks in the bathroom to hang clothes in.

Great rooms in excellent location. Very comfortable beds. Incredible terrace with comfortable seating and afternoon sun. It made a great resting spot in which to reboot after sightseeing. Beautiful character building. Very quiet during the night.
The water pressure was a bit weak and the room servicing was random (inconsistent and unclear).
We had to pay to get fresh towels one day but got room cleaned and serviced on another day. It didn’t make sense.

Very comfortable, spacious room and good location. Also appreciated being able to leave luggage safely after check out
Difficulty with checking in, as didn’t receive codes for accessing property until quite late and WhatsApp number didn’t seem to work. I think system could be simplified and instructions and codes given in advance
