Very professional and very clean, I felt at ease and comfortable.
Very very minor signs of wear and tear in sections of the rooms around the edges and the carpet.

The staffs are friendly but can sometimes give you half information and it seems like information recording is not on good standard, as each staff yiu meet seems to be not aware of what the previous staff has advised or informed you.
The room size was not my expectations at all. The room carpet need an urgent cleaning. There vidible marks everywhere, which makes the room look dirty. The towels had dark marks. Pillows need to be changed as it was smiling of sweat
