Sergio, the property manager, was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. He went out of his way to assist and made the experience very pleasant. He is great person in many ways.
The only limitation was that the elevator is quite small and may not comfortably accommodate more than two people at a time.

Very well located, clean, nice and responsive personnel.
The neighbourhood next to Roma Termini station is what it is.
