An amazing place!

Friendly staff, clean room, complimentary water bottles, great location just around the corner from Termini.
Bed was a bit hard and TV was too small. There were no special channels at all and all in Italian. I mentioned it to the staff that a bigger TV with perhaps youtube would really help in that little space.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They also allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout and retrieve it when needed without any extra cost. Even more, we could store some items in the fridge until the had to leave.
The location was nice, close to restaurants, shops and transportation.
They even cleaned the room mid stay.
The place can get a bit loud, although closing the windows helped.
