Really nice big plush room. Very helpful door staff
Food Service at the hotel was pretty poor. Requests at breakfast, mainly not to have various things were totally ignored. One bar meal had to be returned because it was so poor
Mainly seemed to be poor management. Individual staff members seemed to be doing their very best.

Accessible and great location for the price - carpeted flooring in the room is what I like most. Good shower and huge room - the best room I had in Sri Lanka. So close to restaurants especially Ministry of crabs.
Overall, very good
When we stayed - no vanity kits on the room. Just basic shower gel and wash.
Also place is near the restos and pub so music can still be heard in the room

The location is perfect. Food was tasty with a good selection. Breakfast was very good. The staff are nice and welcoming. The room was huge and clea. The beds were comfortable. The air-conditioning was perfect.

I used to come to this property back in 2020 that time it was soo clean and the food was amazing but now the room floor carpets looks so dirty and food quality have been decreased
