We always look forward to staying in the Hilton in Colombo. The staff are exceptionally friendly, efficient and professional, the entire hotel is so fresh and clean that everything looks brand new, and the aesthetic is very comfortable and relaxing. The Hilton runs like a well-oiled machine, so there is really nothing that needs improvement.

The hospitality. Though I did not get the room I booked for it was upgraded. It would be though for front line to let me know how the upgrade looked like. You see I asked twin bed and sea view and paid premium price but I received a big bed and no sea view.
