I loved how well maintained every single thing at the hotel was. The amenities were very impressive. Not many hotels that we’ve been to before had that many options. What impressed me the most was the items that were available in the convenience card that we could borrow (the curling iron, flat iron, yoga mat, etc) makes it so much easier for light packers.
I would also like to appreciate that the room service timings were not restrictive and we could order food even late night when we go hungry. And that was the fastest room service, we thought we’d have to wait but it cane in within minutes and the food was still so fresh and warm. Not to forget it was absolutely delicious!
Overall, we enjoyed and loved that everything was squeaky clean from the rooms, to the lobby, everything. Loved the cold towels when we were checking in, it was like a reward since the heat outside was so bad.
The only small thing we felt could have been communicated better was the check-in information. We were quite exhausted when we arrived, so it didn’t immediately cross our minds that we hadn’t been given the usual details we typically receive at hotels, such as the Wi-Fi access instructions, breakfast timings, and which restaurant to visit for breakfast, especially since there were five restaurants to choose from.
It was only once we got to our room that we realised we hadn’t received this information, so we had to figure things out ourselves. It would have been helpful to have these little details explained during check-in.
This is, however, just a minor observation and certainly didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our stay. We were genuinely very happy with everything else!

Great breakfast spread, loved the fresh coconut water chilled to perfection and the fact that the staff remembered my daughter's order for eggs every morning!
The crows at the pool were a little bit annoying. But the view and the pool made up for it.

Staff let me down badly. And Oriental on roof, very badly managed. I got food poisoning. Spoiled my whole outing and special plans for my wife that I had to treat her.
