Prebooked it earlier for a family room arrived around 9 pm at night to check in apparently they did not have the room ready and wanted to offer other rooms. Room wasnt even cleaned yet and it is supposed to be ready by 2 pm usually for check in
Had to disturb guests at midnight to change rooms claiming there was issues with the door disturbing our sleep. Overall, disappointed with the service at crowne plaza dar es salaam despite being a loyal customer.
Do better and work on the service.
