Palette Near SOGO KL Hotel offered exactly what we needed: a quiet room, clean sheets, good Wi-Fi and a respectful team that valued our privacy. Great value for money.

They changed the management. I've been staying here more than 10x during the previous management. everything was good for a 3-star hotel. breakfast was still delicious but reduced variants.
the aircond was not functioning. since it was already midnight during our check in, we were too tired to ask for room exchange.
