The property was clean, comfortable and convenient. The location was good, and the room had everything we needed. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
Overall, everything was good. There were no major issues during our stay.

Space of room, wonderful view over city from 51st floor, amazing
Missing sauna, hot tub, wellness part.
Missing water tank and towels in gym.
Both really necessary to get better rates.

Syamil is doing great work at the reception desk. He is kind yet professional to accommodate my request. Overall a good stay.
Gym facilities need to be upgraded, most of the machines are under maintenance, not much options left to use. One treadmill is too old, buttons not working, couldn’t even adjust anything.
