Xenia, the manager was very helpful and a great conversationalist. Staff was quick to fix when my room safe would not open. Kuerig coffee maker in room as well as fridge and mini kitchen was delightful.
Limited recycling for paper and plastics on site.

The hotel offers very good value for money and enjoys an excellent location. The reception staff were courteous, welcoming, and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
I would especially like to thank Natalia Osokina, the Sales & Site Manager, for her kindness and professionalism. She listened attentively to my concerns and took prompt action to address them. I truly appreciated her personal attention and the daily room cleaning that followed.
My sincere thanks to Natalia and the entire hotel team for their hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction.
The only downside was that there was no on-site restaurant serving breakfast.

The premises are nice and clean, was a bit difficult and strange to check in but the operator was helpful.
Wasn't clear how to get in the garage but this has been sorted out as well
