I can’t speak highly enough of the customer service at Sheraton in Saket New Delhi. It is the best I’ve experienced in any hotel ever. This was almost solely down to Front Office Manager Mr Rahul Bahl and his team who took amazing care of me in my short stay at this property. I arrived at the hotel unwell and Mr Bahl not only showed genuine concern for my wellbeing but took every step within his power to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed…..from a later checkout so I could rest, through to food and medicines. But it was his genuine care and concern….the type that you expect from a family member or dear friend that stood out the most because this is not something you can manufacture. Sheraton has a special superpower in Mr Bahl, something you don’t find in most hotels and for this I would recommend to anyone who appreciates superior customer service to stay at this property. They made me feel like I was at home with family. I look forward to returning and enjoying a stay when I’m fit and healthy and can enjoy all the pampering Sheraton and the wonderful staff there have to offer.
Aside from the impeccable customer service the property is lovely and grand, and well maintained with every luxury you expect of a 5 star hotel. My room was very comfortable - particularly the bed where I spent most of my stay. Highly recommend this is where you book for your Delhi stay

The Property was centrally located and convenient
Exceptionally clean and the most hospitable staff from check in staff to restaurant staff and housekeeping and even the Spa, all went all out to ensure we were extremely comfortable and attended to all our needs immediately

Rooms were clean. Dakshin restaurant was good.
Delhi Pavilion was chaotic. Had to wait an hour for a cup of tea. Staff apologized, but it was too little too late. One evening, they were playing loud music that could be heard while entering and exiting the elevators. They must keep in mind that at times, customers when they come to stay could be unwell and might want comfort food or quiet space.
