Location
The hotel repeatedly pressured me to cancel my Booking.com reservation, assuring me that I would be offered the same rate if I booked directly with them. However, at checkout, I was asked to pay an additional amount that had not been agreed upon beforehand. This conduct was misleading and unacceptable, reflecting a serious lack of transparency and professionalism. The experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe guests should be treated fairly and provided with clear, consistent pricing from the outset.
And the AC is horrible No matter what temperature you set dont trust it ..the rooms become freezing cold

Perfect location for my needs. Polite staff and clean premises.
The accessibility is not that great. Unless you give the car to valet, it’s difficult. One need to go to the second floor of the mall and then get inside the hotel. Come down to the lobby and then go up again to the room.
Secondly, it’s inconvenient to get the valet each time you need to take the car out.

the location is the best part of the property and its access to the mall and dlf complex
the service was slow and inefficient with lack of co-ordination and high wait times like 45 mins or so for simple things like cutlery, ice etc.
the housekeeping didnt seek permission before cleaning my room while i was away for breakfast and i found a centipede in the washroom which i could have stepped upon n got badly hurt.
a lot of cost cutting on basic things like cloth napkins, tea/coffee sachets, fridge did not work in my room either.
