L'abitazione è situata a due passi dalla Città del Vaticano ed è molto piacevole passeggiare lungo le strade
Nonostante la presenza del WiFi non mi è stata data la password per potervi accedere e dato il breve tempo trascorso in struttura non ho avuto la possibilità di richiederla al proprietario
L'abitazione si trova praticamente nel centro di Roma e senza accedere ad un garage privato diventa alquanto complicato trovare un parcheggio per l'auto
L'abitazione non era pulitissima ma dovendo passarci praticamente solo una notte il tutto era ampiamente accettabile

What a lovely place to stay! The room was spotlessly clean, adorable, and beautifully decorated. Giuliano has a wonderful sense of style and an incredible eye for detail! From the perfectly coordinated colors to the lovely rugs, cozy bedding, and charming little decorations, every detail was so thoughtfully chosen. The whole room felt warm and inviting, almost like stepping into my own beautifully decorated bedroom. I absolutely loved it!
I also want to express my heartfelt gratitude to a lovely lady I met in the building. When I first arrived, I was a little confused about how the elevator worked and how to complete the self check-in. Despite my confusion accidentally delaying her elevator ride, she was incredibly kind and patient, and even helped me call Giuliano. It was such a heartwarming act of kindness from a complete stranger, and I truly appreciated it!
Giuliano was also very kind and helpful. He patiently guided me through the check-in process and made sure I understood how to unlock the doors and use the facilities before leaving. I really appreciated his care and attention.
I had a very comfortable stay here. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with the Vatican just a 10-minute walk away and a 24-hour supermarket conveniently located nearby.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this lovely little place to anyone visiting Rome. Thank you, Giuliano!

1. Good location, 10mins walk from the Vatican Museum, but a bit far from the Basilica; there is big supermarket and some restaurants nearby, very convenient;
2. The room is clean, very quiet, and safe;
3. The water shower in One of the shared bathroom is not working properly, bad water pressure, but the other is good;
4. The manager is nice;
1. No AC;
2. City tax is 7, the most expensive during my stay in Italy;
3. You can’t cook, but there is a microwave, there are also some snacks and drinks available for free;

Camera spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata, con grande terrazza. Zona tranquilla, a due passi dalla metro A, fermata Cipro, molto comoda per tutti i collegamenti, con il centro e con la stazione. Gentile e disponibile Giuliano, il gestore, che mette a disposizione anche una veloce ma soddisfacente colazione.
Bagni in comune, la cui pulizia, effettuata due volte al giorno, dipende dalla buona educazione degli ospiti.
