Very homely, quiet, and comfortable — exactly what I was looking for.
The hot water takes a long time to come through. Not deal with that

Among the pros of this room, the following can be noted: a good location — a 7-minute walk from the metro station and a 25-minute walk to the Vatican Museums. The 9-square-meter room has everything you need, including even a small desk, and the bathroom is spacious and features a window.
Among the cons of this room, there are those that are hard to fix: the terrace equipment is very noisy — making it impossible to sleep at night with an open window — and the water pressure in the shower is weak. The cons that are easy to fix but remain unaddressed due to management oversight include a leaking shower hose, a shower tray with mold and rust, the terrace window and blinds that haven't been cleaned in at least a year, and a rusty mirror in the bathroom. Another major drawback is that the room entrance is controlled via a smartphone. What if I stepped out of the room and forgot my phone? What should I do in that case?

It was my second time staying at this accommodation, and everything was as great as the first time I stayed there in spring!
The shower takes a few minutes to get warm, would have needed more toilet paper to accommodate three people. But those are just minor comments, other than that nothing bad to say!

The location, the room, the owner was super! we could check in before the time and on the check out we could leave the bags for few more hrs , so was no need to walk with them arround. The room had everything you need for the stay, bed and pillows very comfy. The room was good size.
