Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift in property a big bonus.
Bathroom/shower was slightly aging -needs a refresh of silicone lining so no mould. Was slightly too hot in room.

Super central, large bedrooms and clean !
Bit complicated to go into rooms using key card

Very nice room in a great location, with a quick and easy check-in.
Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean and everything felt a bit dusty, which took the shine off an otherwise lovely stay. With a bit more attention to cleaning, this would be excellent.

A good location.
Terrible communication, almost like talking to a chat bot.
The room and bathroom were not very clean.
It is a 100% self serve experience. Not at all like the photos or write up.
