Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the room was basic, it was clean. Great location opposite Queens Park.
The water pressure was very bad, but in speaking to our friends in another room, it seems like it was just our room.

Fantastic staff communication and assistance. Super friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic - across the road from Queens Park (where some of the Carnival of Flowers was located), right next door to an excellent, early opener cafe, and a very short walk in to town. Beds were comfortable and the temperature in the room was just right.
The rooms were fine, but a bit dated. My Mum's room had no running cold water in the sink. Feels like the place might need a bit of maintenance.

Great location. Friendly staff.
Very tired and definitely showing it's age. Could do with a thorough deep clean.
