Good location
Old & run down.
Bathroom floods when having showers, no effective exhaust fan in bathroom so everything is wet & stays wet.
Fixtures run down in room.
Everything needs fixing to modernise.
Lights, turn them on & two blew.
Spend some money & rejuvenate these rooms.
