Comfy beds, clean room, night staff helped me figure out restaurant to get a meal delivered, breakfast was good, and morning staff helped me get a box ready to take food upstairs to my daughter with Special needs who didnt want to come downstairs.
I made a mistake and booked 2 rooms, only needed 1 room. Instead of being understanding and deleting the double booking, they were going to charge me for both rooms and let me figure out how to get refunded, with no suggestions from the desk. Took an hour or so to get that worked out myself, calling the bank, etc. I thought they could have offered help fixing the issue instead of charging me twice and letting me do the work, but its ok. I did the work and got it cancelled myself.

It was pretty quiet, and staff was courteous
Room had a smell, didn't say much about it, but it smelled really stale. Just dropped off luggage and went back out. When we returned later on and my girlfriend was getting her stuff out and noticed there were toe nails all over the floor. Called the front desk and all they did was apologize and asked me to send a picture to an email address. Also said they couldn't give any discount because I booked through booking. Didn't even ask if I wanted someone to come vacuum the floor. Told me to tell front desk at check out. Lady took my number and never received a call from anyone.
