The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly. He told me which way to go to the elevator and what floor we were on. I thought he had a very thoughtful disposition about himself and loved his job. The bed was super comfortable, and we will most likely come here again.
No issues.

It was good. Good choices. We found that 9 AM means 9 AM. I feel 5-10 minutes after is reasonable.
The Air Conditioner. You have a wall temperature control. I turned it down and it stayed hot. I then checked the unit and saw it had controls and when I changed it, the room cooled down We stayed two nights and came in the next night and it was hot and I had to set it again.
The TV was difficult to figure out. The channel numbers listed on the guide was not what it was on the TV. I also had three different controls as they didn't work.
