Hotel's General Upkeep: 10/10 Upon arrival, the lobby of the hotel consists of the reception area, luggage storage area, restaurant and waiting area, all of which were very well maintained and very well decorated. Room: 9/10 We had the Partial Seaview King's room which was more than we expected!! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and our view outside was spectacular. I believe the difference between a Partial Seaview room and a full seaview is the balcony. We didn't have one but we didn't need it. The room also came with a microwave, an electric stove and a mini fridge. Its like a partial service apartment, you could say. Also worth noting, the room's windows are not tinted. So everyone on the outside can look in. Pool: 10/10 Its more of a chill relaxing pool. Not to train or swim. Gorgeous view of the beach while dipping your body in the water. We also dropped by the gym, it has the basic equipment you need for upkeep. Location: 10/10 Now, this is very much objective. We specifically wanted a nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Bangla Street. This hotel is quaint and slightly out of the way (west side of Patong Beach) and is quiet and relaxing at night (aside from the occasional TukTuks blasting their music away). There's a 7 Eleven about 2mins away and the beach is just across the road from the hotel. Food: 9/10 We're only reviewing the breakfast as it came with the room booking. The restaurant offers 3 types of ala carte breakfasts: American, Asian (congee - rice porridge) or Cereal and they came with fresh fruits, pancakes/toasts and tea/coffee/fruit juice. We had the Congee twice but mostly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pancakes! It's all we needed in the morning and not as overwhelming as a buffet breakfast in other hotels. Its simple and delicious. We cannot say anything about the room service though other than from the menu, it looks to be very affordable.

Room: The room is fantastic and perfectly as shown as the photos on Booking.com. However, it could do with a little improvement. 1. Lack of drying space. Our room does not have a balcony, and it took ages to dry our clothes. We made do my hanging them around the furniture but it would be best to have a drying rack somewhere 2. Bathroom. The shower curtains were too short and the water splashes into the bathroom entrance area causing both the sink and toilet area being wet. Could probably replace with a longer curtain.

The location was fantastic - with excellent views of the beach from our balcony - and the spa bath in our room was great!.

like the indoor pool even though never got to use it due to personal reasons. Hotel infront is beach.

We reach 3 plus and the room not ready. Housekeeper still cleaning it. Fridge leaking due to the door cannot close tight. need to put towel around. Window not lock due to the lock pin broken. table is not Movable as it stuck near the window and its cramp. No extra trash bag for us to change.
