Decent room, staff obliging
That the pool doesn't open till 10am. That is ridiculously late.
Also the pillows were extremely uncomfortable.
Plus staff would sit in outside area late at night talking late, which would wake me up as I had the closest poolside room.

My 6 stars were only for the amazing work that the manager did with us, helping on everything during our stay. The staff (front desk) is really good.
The room were not up to standard.

Close proximity to everything.
Clean Rooms.
Finally proving there are better options out there.
Comes with a confusing and insulting “joiner fees.” Even if you’ve booked a double room.
Amenities to include soap not present. Requires 7/11 run.
Cut my leg twice and busted my shin on a POS bedframe that held a very comfortable but undersized mattress.
Although I’ve been here twice before, I’m really disappointed.
