The property is conveniently located near D’Mall, making it easy to access nearby shops, restaurants, and other establishments. We also appreciated having an on-site restaurant, which was very convenient for enjoying a meal after swimming in the pool. The staff were helpful and assisted us when we needed to transfer to another unit.
Unfortunately, our stay came with several inconveniences. The air conditioning in our initial room broke down, so we had to transfer to another unit. While we appreciated the staff’s assistance, the replacement unit was quite different from the original one and lacked basic storage space, such as a cabinet for our belongings. The sink was also small, with limited space for toiletries. We encountered cockroaches in the unit as well, which was concerning in terms of cleanliness.
Additionally, the Wi-Fi and television were initially not working and required staff assistance to fix. The key card also did not work at first, and it took some time before we received a functioning one. Overall, these maintenance, cleanliness, and room amenity issues affected our comfort and experience during the stay.

The location is next to big store the staff are helpfull and friendly. The aircon is excellent. If you needed something like towels they respond right away. Thank u
I didnt like the stairs. We stayed 3 nights and the constructions is going on all those days. The breakfast is same over and over. Our bathroom sink is not draining properly.
