Nicely coordinated staff, good breakfast, adaptable to your needs, nice room, comfy bed and furniture, nice views on the pool, quick cleanings, great shuttle service. Free water. Can use the Hennan chairs on all white beach; my favorite Boracay hack so far. My next Boracay trips will be with Hennan all the way. They care!
Room 207 and the rest need to be accessed via a corridor adjacent to the staff corridor; it is narrow and very often you bump into the cleaner's trolleys or even some workers carrying stuff (if you take the elevator). Best to ask for a room near the restaurant, I think, or the rooms facing the restaurant. Also, some doors need to be slammed to be shut properly; imagine what you go through when drunk filipino families shift rooms they occupy and slam the door every 20 seconds; the whole building vibrates a bit. Also, hotel entrance is on barangay road and some sort of service road needs to be taken for the beach. This small road is to the corner of their Waves restaurant; you would therefore pass all the ladyboys and stuff before reaching this road in the evening. Not ideal but still ok. Would go for Regency if easy access is your concern.
