The staff and management are SO professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast and its staff and chefs were outstanding. Brenda the manager is exceptional. The place is well kept and vintage

Brenda and the team at Kisiwa house did an amazing job of looking after my wife and I. ( Simone & Graham ) nothing was too much trouble for the friendly and competent staff at Kisiwa House, we would love to come back again for a longer stay in Stone Town 🇹🇿🇹🇿

The location is great, central.
The best thing was the breakfast actually… you have on their rooftop terrace, the food is nice and even though it’s an à la carte setup, they let you eat how much you desire
The room is tiny… really tiny… and for that reason I really don’t think this place is worth the money. It doesn’t come cheap, and at this price point you should be able to open your suitcase and still move around in the room.
Nope… as soon as your suitcase is open anywhere you have to jump over it to move around. The pictures here really create a false impression of space… there isn’t any
The staff was nice and friendly, but also very inflexible. We asked for a change in our booking which they could have easily accommodated, but no… you change you pay…
