We had room 11 and whilst pub noise was negligible the creaking floorboards of the room above were annoying overnight. I believe this is the only first floor room with a room above.
Courtesy of being shown to room with offer of carrying case was appreciated. Bar food was good even if a little delayed but we weren't going anywhere!
Creaking floorboards from room above.

What we had for breakfast & evening meal was very nice and the bed was really comfy.
We didn’t get offered any of the continental items at breakfast despite it being included. But we were then actually charged extra for a piece of toast as the full breakfast didn’t come with any.
I was aware it was a “little” dated from reviews hence the price. But the carpets are awful & most seating is stained or cushion covers are hanging off. I also didn’t get a bath despite requesting at booking & having it confirmed by the hotel. I was too tired from a long trip hence not mentioning.
