The staff was absolutely expectational and anticipated all of your needs. The beach area was beautiful, and they did a great job with removing the seaweed.
The restaurants offered great food options, Bordeaux was our favorite. The breakfast bar was always wonderful. The swimming pool area was nice and in the shape of an "S" but you can see how it can easily get overcrowed. (The resort is currently under renovation with adding another pool area.) The resort was very clean and nicely kept up.
The entertainment was OK. The acrobatics and trapeze performers were phenomenal. The dancing components were more burlesque in nature which we didn't care for. Overall, we would stay there again.
We booked and asked for a room on the third floor and above with an ocean view. What was given to us was a room on the second floor with a palm tree view and you could not see the ocean at all. After four hours of much debate and discussion, they finally moved us to a room that we paid for and anticipated on getting. We had traveled for more than eight hours to arrive there, and this was very unexpected and disappointing. We feel that this room was available the whole time and put us in an uncomfortable position to complain about the room that was given to us in order to obtain the room that was paid for and expected.

It is the best beach on the coast, and very good service.
What is outrages that nobody warns about construction works going around in this five stars hotel. They charging full price hiding the fact that construction is going on for 24 hours, even night time these manipulations, machines, workers did not let us sleep at 2-3am making noise literally right next to door of our room! Total disrespect, people coming from far, paying a lot of money, this is expensive hotel, and getting construction works!
In addition there is real restaurants problem, probably because of constructions, they all working on the buffet premises.
Other then that it is wonderful place to spend vacation.
P.S I would like to add that wardrobe and drawings smell is horrible. It is the smell of very old motels somewhere in the middle of nowhere. I put to the laundry even those things which simply was inside the furniture.
It is so bad that all these facts changing opinions about this excellent resort.
PS2. Booking support was excellent, IOS app is very helpful and clear. Transportation I used was "Me transfer" and guys showed themselves as extremely reliable, responsible and friendly partners. Did not give me a slightest reason for worry. Tnanks!

the service and staff are excellent
bookings travel partners left me stranded on the way there AND on the way back. It was very dangerous and expensive to find other travel solutions. I should be refunded
$$$$
