Comfortable room. Bathroom on the top floor was a bit small - only one ladies' toilet and only one shower was working. But there was plenty of room in the bathroom on the floor below so I used that one. I also used the lower kitchenette as the top floor kitchenette was very small. The welcome drinks ticket was a really nice touch after a long day of travelling.
Listing says that the provider offers luggage storage, so we planned to leave a bag there while we went on our hiking trip. Reception staff told us at check-in that storage was only available for same-day storage. That resulted in a great deal of stress until the staff finally agreed to hold our bag for a week while we were away on our hiking trip. This is definitely something we should have discussed in more detail before we arrived. We also found the limited reception hours were quite tricky.

Central location. Clean.
Thin walls and noisy neighbours (earplugs provided). Decor very dated.

Excellent location, great rates, good facilities, friendly staff. Clean room, very clean facilities. Great shower pressure.
Beds were a bit old so had a bit of a sore back but nothing too crazy. The band was quite loud on the Saturday night but I fell asleep at 9pm regardless but bear in mind, it is LOUD. So don’t book this if you’re going to complain about it.
