Stay frequently as the kids love Kryal castle and all the fun there
One of the front staff was pretty rude, and the Theatre was closed on that day.

A nice simple continental style breakfast of cereal and juice was appreciated. The staff were professional, efficient and friendly. They allocate cabins for travellers with pets so people with pet allergies dont have to be concerned as they will get a cabin which isnt pet friendly. A great blend for all types of travellers
Not an issue, more a wishlist. An Off leash area 😆

Room was clean
Park was no open and we were not advised this upon booking despite asking if accommodation included entry to theme park.
