The view and location were excellent
1. The lighting in all rooms was extremely poor. Really not acceptable.
2. The supplied crockery was poor. Two cups only.
3. The shower over a bath with shower curtain was reminiscent of the 80’s . This is not acceptable in 2026 and unhygienic with respect to cleaning the shower curtain.
4. The bedroom was extremely cramped with barely enough room to get around the bed.

The sweetest lady who helped us get the key and move our bags
The air-conditioning was not functioning at all and had obviously not been working for many months by the leaking and the stains on the wall. The go2oporto officials did mention this on arrival and say they were sending a technician but this never eventuated. We survived at night but it was unbearably hot during the day.
The bed is only a double and would have been fine but is terribly uncomfortable. Way too soft and poor weight distribution. My husband slept on the floor on the doona instead of the bed.
Go2oporto stopped answering my request for the aircon to be fixed after the first day.
The furniture was okay but did not match the price we paid for the room.
