Airport tranfer on arrival was seemless and the young lady was so lovely. We felt so welcome as soon as we walked through the doors and got a quick run down on what was around us. We had to come and go and going through a sudden personal loss and they couldn't have been more accommodating. The hotel/restaurant down stairs is beautiful and they have a great pizza place attached if dining in/room service is not your thing. Close to everything you need and it is absolute value for money. Everything was clean and tidy and just as pictured.
The first night the bed was to soft but the other bed was perfect. Couldn't really fault anything else and that's only a preference not poor feedback.

The room set up was absolutely perfect for my daughter and I as it was like 2 adjoins rooms but we shared a bathroom. The beds were so comfortable and it totally exceeded our expectations. Everything was provided. Coles is right opposite and there was lots of aces to eat within walking distance. Hope to stay here again whenever we visit Launceston.
