I was happy with location.. even though it’s not central.. but , it’s real London,s vibe. I do like my room on 3 floor, comfortable for one person. And the receptionist Harvey was very friendly and helpful, I feel very welcome to this place.
Practically nothing. The cleaning should be more better ( dusting).. and the shower head wasn’t working properly.. but Harvey fixed that for me. Thanks dear.

Location, private garden and downstairs room, proximity to public transport
The bed a bit small and could use a better mattress

Perfect stay for the value. Great location just 30 mins from center! Harvey was actively responding to our queries. Kitchenette had pans, pots and cutleries saving us time during breakfast as we were travelling in group.
No lifts. Cleanliness could be better.
