Friendly staff, nice room, very good view of Scarborough and beach, good breakfast, well organized, very reasonably priced for room, food and drinks. Entertainment very good.
Needs some updating but nothing urgent.

The position of this hotel is fantastic especially if you have a sea view room. Easy to walk into town altho a bit hilly
Food was tasty and drinks reasonably priced. Nice terrace to enjoy view and drinks
Mainly taken over by coach holiday guests who were having a good time which was good to see
Ridiculous photo ID requirement for British nationals
Somewhat dated in decor
Rather old fashioned hotel
