Good location for what we wanted on our first short stay in Bangkok. Super comfy bed and great view across the city especially from the rooftop bar. Loved the bath looking out across the skyline from our high room. Loved the roof top pool and decent gym. Friendly staff and good buffet breakfast. Some great restaurants nearby.
The cocktail and snacks we had on the rooftop bar were substandard compared to all the other meals we had and for the location.
If you haven’t been to Bangkok know that it’s a long drive in awful traffic to get to the Grand Palace, temples and china town by the river.

Hotel room was clean, well decorated and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable.
Location is very close to the metro.
We made a mistake and booked the wrong Marriot (wrong location). Hotel reception said it is under Booking.com’s discretion and Booking.com was kind enough to offer us free cancellation. Though we were forced to stay for one night or pay that as a fee by the hotel. They were not accommodating at all.
