Short walk between hotel and overhead tram and Ekkamai bus station
Had a security box in room, needed to add deposit to get key.

Location to ekamai is excellent and very close to the green train line.
The toilet paper is a disgrace. Put some rolls in instead of one sheet dispenser. :(

Great hotel at a great location. The rooms are big and very clean, the beds very comfortable. The best part is the staff, very friendly and helpful!
Nothing, all good

Great location, very close to the Ekkamai BTS.
It's listed as 4 stars on here but felt more like 3 stars. Right by the road so can be quite noisy. Would benefit from double layer window. Pillows were too thick (they were able to source thinner ones for us), AC wasn't so good (room didn't get comfortably cool, needed the standing fan on the whole time to help). Maybe it was because we were expecting a 4-star hotel, however, for the price it was a decent stay.
