Localisation, view at the Pearl Tower TV. Comfortable room. Friendly stuff. Very good ratio price / quality. The quality and variety of dishes at the breakfast.
At the checking-out there was no person available to take the luggage.

We were on the 63rd floor and had the best view of the city. The beds and bathroom were wonderful with a great shower and separate loo. There was an indoor pool which wasnt as warm as it couldve been. The spa was lovely and my massage phenomenal. Breakfast was a little disappointing as the hotel is large and there are many diners. The food was often cold and they often ran out of "western food" .
It was a very busy hotel. Breakfast was busy with seating being an issue especially getting food, coffee etc, and making sure it was hot. The variety wasnt great from a western perspective.

It’s a good location close to metro and activities in pudong. It’s cool to stay on floor 80
However it’s starting to be a bit dated in interior and the service is not fantastic it’s good but not according to the price
$$$$
