Very centralised location, staff we’re friendly and helpful, made the check in and out processes very simple, great view for price
Minor things such as fairly sheer curtains so light gets in early in the morning and doesn’t close evenly on the sides, our rooms heat pump didnt work but had a fan in the room instead, also had a
broken towel rack and toilet seat

It was very nice the prices are over the top but everything was worth the stay
There was no knife or forks or spoons to eat with our food and there was no salt

We always stay here whenever we come to Auckland. It’s just a lovely place and so convenient.

Good location and friendly staff
Room was very small for a king size and air conditioning didn’t work properly leaving the room cold, and bedding therefore not sufficient to keep warm
